Falling Leaves – Glass on acrylic mosaic

Two-day mosaic workshop where students will use a range of coloured art glass to create a unique interpretation of the seasonal changes of a leaf. On day 1, learn to use nippers to shape glass to fit into any space, creating the illusion of blending. Day 2, learn to mix and apply grout to your finished leaf which you can then take home to display and admire light shining through the glass. This piece may be hung either inside or out.

This workshop is suitable for beginner mosaic students who may then like to learn further techniques such as scoring, breaking and handling glass safely.
