DESCRIPTION:Tutor: Katrina Jackson \nDelivered in 2 sessions\, first use live plants fused between 6mm clear float glass in order to leave a “fossil-like” ghost image in the glass. After break\, have fun using glass frit and powders to create a scene of your choice on clear glass. Your pieces will be fired for you to collect later. \nWorkshop is not a replacement for beginners’ fusing and slumping course. Participants will not be taught how to care for and use the Guild kilns. \nNumbers: Minimum 5\, Maximum 9 \nPrerequisite: No experience necessary. \nCost: Includes all materials (glass\, kiln paper\, frit) as well as kiln firings. No hidden costs. \n
